Emma Horne is the founding Director and brings extensive experience across adults with incapacity law, mental health law, wills, trusts, guardianship, powers of attorney, estate administration and succession and tax planning for clients and their families.
Emma also brings a distinctive perspective to the team’s work, informed by her earlier career as an intensive care nurse. She has worked in some of Edinburgh’s top-tier firms, regularly speaks at conferences and seminars, and served on the Law Society of Scotland’s Mental Health and Disability Sub-Committee from 2012 to 2019.
